Sapinda Holding B.V. is based in Amsterdam and has a two-tier Board structure.

Sapinda Holding’s Supervisory Board is accountable to the company’s shareholders for sound corporate governance and is committed to ensuring the integrity of the business, maintaining ethical standards and continuing the high degree of professionalism across the company. Sapinda also strives to implement similar policies in the companies in which it invests.

The Management Board is collectively responsible for creating and delivering sustainable long-term shareholder value through strong leadership, financial performance and the approval of the firm’s strategic objectives.

It is also responsible for making certain that adequate resources are made available to ensure these objectives are met and that management maintains systems of internal control, which provide assurance of effective and efficient operations, strong internal financial controls and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
